Soulstice was an event run by my TAFE class to raise food and financial donations for Soul Hub and encourage a sense of community on campus. It formed part of our course assessment and required us to work as a team to develop the event and complete all documentation from initial pitch through to final evaluation.

Soulstice included baked goods, hot chocolate and craft stalls along with games. The site map above was created in Adobe Illustrator and shows our original plan. However we were forced to implement our contingency plan and move inside when it started raining. The event was still a success. We raised 5 washing baskets worth of food donations and $270 for Soul Hub.
